Once your return is received, it will undergo a quality review. Please allow up to 7 days for this to be completed. Once items have passed inspection, the refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 working days, however, this is also subject to your banks processing time.
You are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning any item.
Refunds are only permitted for full price items, sale or promotional items cannot be refunded. IVISION cannot be held responsible if the parcel is lost, stolen or damaged.
